I wanted to take a moment to write gratitude to studio on Main. We are blessed to share the same little home-base of Maury City. It wasn’t just the convenient location which brought us to the studio, but my children’s love of theater. Since moving here from a remote northern state, we learned quickly. I have known Lauren Castellaw for several years and have acted as a sub for her at her studio on a couple of occasions. I can vouch for her as a person and a teacher. As a person, she is the type of person you would want your kid around. Very kind and caring. Always puts the best interest of the child first. As a teacher, she is very skilled in the content. She has a thorough knowledge of good vocal technique and can effectively model that for the student. I have been a music teacher myself for 25 years and would highly recommend Lauren Castellaw and Studio on Main to anyone looking for a private voice teacher.
I’ve been at the studio for nearly six years now and have learned SO much during my time there! The studio teaches real, employable musical techniques. They teach a broad variety of musical genres including opera, pop, choral, rock, jazz, broadway, and so much more!
