They are skilled at assessing vision and explaining insurance and frame options clearly. The environment is calming and the prices are reasonable, even without vision insurance. The service is efficient, handling complex histories and time-sensitive needs. It is a recommended location for eye care and glasses.
Dr. Katsaitis was AMAZING! I had a positive experience this afternoon as a walk-in patient. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, insightful, and understanding. She was able to quickly synthesize my complex vision history, assess my current vision and help me with an updated prescription while completing my time sensitive government form. I also was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the calming environment and reasonable price for not having vision insurance. I’d recommend going to see Dr. Katsaitis. ❤️
