First time at the clinic yesterday. Saw Janet Usher. I found Janet to be very professional and friendly. She took the time to listen and understand my situation and plot a course going forward. I am scheduled for a follow up with her, and for the first time in a long time, I'm actually looking forward to going back to the doctors office. I highly recommend Janet to anyone needing this service.

I visit this clinic and the one in Spring Hill, TN and my nurse is Sophie Dohnalek. I have been a patient for about three years now and I am absolutely happy with the quality of care and the genuine interest she shows in my health. She does something I wish more caregivers would do and that's during my initial exam was detailed in her explanations, explaining every step of the way what she's doing and why she is doing it and shows respect and empathy and treated me with dignity. The rest of the staff is always courteous and easy to deal with. Check in went smoothly; nurse who took vitals was courteous; Ms. Burton, NP, was very personable and knowledgeable; I developed a great deal of trust in her at this very first visit.Five stars would have been given except in the checkout process, at approximately 12N, on July 12, for reference of who was covering the desk at that time, was not as pleasant. Employee was curt and made the process uncomfortable. It's interesting I had a similar experience with her at the Spring Hill clinic a few weeks ago.
