Seriously, she is everything you would want when it comes to having a healthcare service support you and guide you. In a world full of AI and automated messages, Rose quite literally is the biggest breath of fresh air I've had in a long time. I'm currently having to help care for my grandparents and as we all know, the elderly gets confused and doesn't really understand the complexities of heath care anymore. Long story short; my grandmother fell, gashed her arm, had to go to urgent care, and she forgot to give the team her Medicare/insurance...so, it was not attached to her bill.
