I am not sure what the Chiropractors are like but I did not like that my "pay as I go"plan was used against me. I was the only person in the waiting room and I felt that the receptionist waited for a member with a subscription to walk in, just so they can be sent in ahead of me, The system feels manipulative. I am a returning customer and should be treated as such.

Look for Dr. Grant and Dr. Jennie at The Joint. They take of me on a nearly weekly basis. Chiropractic helps me and has helped my wife over the years so I encourage and support it. The office experience is also very good. The receptionist always reminds me of the number of visits I have remaining in my program for the month.

Chiropractic work is essential for me especially for what I do for a living. Dr. Jennifer Devens has put together an ace team at the Franklin Cool Springs location which includes Dr. Chance (excellent)and some other great professionals. She’s a game changer.
