Service is outstanding. A ver clean environment including the bathroom. Spotless. There's a nice waiting area with tv if you choose. A small refrigerator holds items from soda to beer. Each stylist has their owns room so the area is private. I had a great scissor cut with the only clippers used were around my ears and my neck after which hot foam was used prior to straight razor on my neck. Great stuff. This was actually my third time, I've just been slacking. I'll continue to have my haircare at Refine Mens Salon. Brittany takes care of me and is wonderful.
This was my first time at Refine Men’s Salon, and as a disabled veteran, I don’t often take time out to do things for myself. My wife actually booked this appointment for me with Brittany—and I’m really glad she did. I had such a great, relaxing experience and felt completely comfortable with Brittany throughout the entire visit. I’ve already scheduled another appointment with her for next month and I’m genuinely excited to come back. So glad she’s part of the team!
I have been a customer of Refine Men's Salon since I moved to TN in 2015. Julie provided my haircut and we have been friends ever since. Now that she owns Refine, I would never think of going elsewhere else. Always professional and friendly, Julie took the time to learn what I liked then fine tuned every cut after to the point that I don't need to tell her anything. She knows that I trust her to provide a quality haircut and the added benefit of her friendship every time I come in.
