I have seen Dr. Jeff for two sessions to help with my hip pain and wow, after my second session I felt more relief than I’ve felt in months.
The office is always clean and they make you feel very comfortable and explain everything each step of the way.

Dr. Jeff is awesome! He's a no BS kinda guy and will explore every option to find you relief if it's within his power. His goal isn't to keep you coming back.... it's to get you better so you don't have to come back, which is the opposite of every other chiropractor experience I've had. He didn't start out wanting X-rays or any kind of crazy expensive testing. I came in with a bummed leg and he did several in-office movement tests to find exactly where the pain was coming from and then explored every option, from dry-needling to cupping to massage therapy, to get me walking without pain again! I started seeing Dr. Carolyn when I was pregnant and my baby girl was breech. Dr. Carolyn did an eval and helped determine that my pelvis was crooked, making it harder for baby to get into position properly. After a few adjustments my baby girl flipped! I continued following-up to receive support for my pelvis, hips, and back through the end of my pregnancy and postpartum. 10/10 recommend this practice to anyone, esp pregnant and postpartum mamas w/Dr. Carolyn!
