Office Depot/Iron Mountain shredding services is in need of a 0.5 star rating at best! They charged me for shredding bins, never contacted me and when I contacted them they could not find my order. After several attempts of reaching out to them for delivery, I asked for a refund at which point Jen wanted to charge me again for more bins. even though I had yet to receive any bins from them! Also, after first saying they couldn't find my order, it would always be found in the "delivered" section!
I walked in looking for my package. When I asked for help the lady was very very rude. If you don't want to do your job, I'm not sure why you came to work!
i placed a mobile order for curbside and waited half an hour for it. the employee with tattoos would take a quick glance outside didn't see my car and would go right back inside. we were parked like three parking spaces from the entrance of the building and there was a car next to us. the employee just stood right at the entrance and didn't bother to look a little deeper for our car. literally she just stood there if you're not parked right in front of her face she won't give you your order. i had to go inside for it and what made it worse was that there were plenty employees not doing anything that could've taken my order
