Trenise is a true and gifted professional, very kind, very attentive and focused on giving her clients what they are looking for, and I have fine hair which can be difficult. The salon setting is comfortable and clean. Trenise is a gem and is what makes going to JC Penney Salon a great experience!!! Love Trenise!
The salon is wonderful and Ms. Deborah is excellent. The staff is very professional and I just love how they help each other out, truly a team(Together Everyone Achieves More). Professional! This is how a salon should run.
I had a great experience at the makeup counter. Judy helped me and she was so amazing. So much that I tried to do the survey, but the code wasn't accepted. Judy was very knowledgeable and helped me purchase several things.
