I’m a former employee who is still owed $3,916 from this company. I sold four family homes. I did not receive my payments and called the Brett, the President, and was told to speak to Adam, his office manager. Adam told me I could pick up my check from him early on Saturday. I drove from Hendersonville to Franklin to pick up the check from the mailbox and it wasn’t in the box. I called Adam but he didn’t answer the call. On Monday I called again and texted Adam and Brett. The response was that Adam would mail the check. By Thursday I didn’t receive the check. Adam said the check was mailed and should arrive by Friday or Saturday. No check ever arrived. I posted a bad review on Facebook. This review prompted a quick response threatening me with legal action if I didn’t remove the review. I removed the review when he once again said I would get my check. Five days passed - no check. I texted the President that I was going to file in small claims court for what I was owed. The President was particularly ugly in his comments to me. I kept his threatening messages for evidence in court. I couldn’t file the claim because I had to pay my rent and other bills.
