When it seems like everyone just wants to sell you on a completely new unit, it was so incredibly reassuring to have someone knowledgeable actually help solve my problem. Jeff came by and almost immediately diagnosed my AC unit issue - a leaky copper pipe - and had someone out quickly to weld it closed and refill my refrigerant. He saved me literally thousands of dollars - the previous HVAC companies insisted I needed a new unit or at least new coils.
