On the road often in our travel trailer and will use Wash & Fold services around the country. Passing through TN and it was time to have a weeks worth of laundry done. I liked the family business aspect of Franklin Cleaners which was on display inside and quite evident. Thought they were a bit pricey but in retrospect, they had our laundry washed, folded and ready for us at exactly the time they said it would be ready. That's really all you want from a Laundry/Cleaner anywhere.

I've been using Franklin Cleaners for several years now. A family run business which is very friendly and prompt. Although I hadn't been in during the pandemic they still remembered my name when I walked in. Dry cleaning is dry cleaning, but the little things keep me coming back here although I pass other establishments on my commute I'll always drive the extra few minutes.

I called them on a Thursday afternoon and told them my daughter was performing the next morning in a show at school and just realized the zipper in her dress broke and that we both were in a bit of a panic. The nice gentleman told me to bring it in as soon as she got out of school and they would try their best. She went in for a fitting and in less than an hour my daughter's dress was perfect. She even added material to cover where the zipper needed to be replaced. They were all so nice and professional and I love that they are a family owned business. I have found my new dry cleaning and alteration place. Highly recommend!!
