I have been dealing with this company to get normal evaluation and treatment for bulging cervical disc along with other deformities which I found out after continued requests to finally diagnose my 1+year neck pain. Every step of the way is delay...delay...delay. I AM A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER that has worked within the system for 30+ yrs!!!! I would never treat my patient as this company has done to me! I have paid private health care for all of my life and very seldom needed care til now. I am truly dissatisfied by the service I have received. This company wants people to live with long term pain with no relief!!!!!

I had Aetna last year. Even though my doctor jumped through all their hoops, Evilcore denied my MRI. This year I have Cigna and thought that surely Cigna would approve the MRI. My MRI appointment was tomorrow and today my phone rings and much to my surprise, Evilcore is displayed as the caller. And you guessed it, they were calling to tell me they did not approve the MRI. Funny thing is I didn't even know Cigna was working with them. Looks like these insurance companies contract with evilcore cause they want to rake in more billions and it's working! If I could give this company a -0 Star rating I would, this is by far the worst company to try and get approval for our patients and sadly it DELAYS patient care and getting them the correct treatment they need. If the patient is needing an MRI due to chronic or reoccurring pain the patient has to deal with this until we have an Approval and this is uncalled for and unnecessary when a patient has completed conservative care prior to being seen at our clinic and they are wanting them to complete more care with no previous relief so why would anyone send them for more PT or any other conservative care if there wasn't any the first time.
