I started seeing Dr. Thomas a few years ago. I had been going to the chain stores and could not see. I went to see Dr. Thomas and he got me in the correct contacts. I couldn't be happier. Before seeing him, I was having issues falling and it was completely vision related. I went to see Dr. Thomas because my uncle had on some cool glasses and he recommended him. Not only is he nice to his patients, I feel he's good to his staff because the same people are there every time I go. That says a lot about a provider! His staff is great, just a bunch of sweethearts who treat their patients like family.

Dr. Morton truly cares about his patients. He went above and beyond by meeting my son near our home late on a Sunday night to ensure antibiotics were started asap. How many doctors provide such care and customer service today? His staff are also very kind and helpful.

I've been a patient of Dr. THOMAS for 30 years and have never been unhappy with his services. I cannot say the same for the front office staff. I decided to go elsewhere 2 years ago, but now that I work remotely due to COVID I thought I'd go back and give Thomas & Associates another try. This morning I looked at their website to see the hours and COVID precautions. Masks are required.I got there and told the front office people I needed new frames. I was asked if I had an appointment, and I replied no. I was told they only did things by appointment and could not help me even though there was no one in the waiting room!I remembered why I left 2 years ago... read full review
