We LOVED working with Defatta! This was our first experience with building a home. David, Christy and team made us feel super comfortable and informed on all decisions and next steps. We have absolutely loved settling in our new home, for almost a year now. From their selection options and willingness to explain and work with us on all custom ideas it was a wonderful experience from start to finish!

With plans to move to Nashville we vetted many builders. We had very specific ideas of what we were looking for and most particularly about the quality of the small details in a home. We saw quality in their models and neighbors homes. Most importantly Joe DeFatta listened to our needs and added suggestions from the beginning during the design process. Even though we lived 500 miles away we were kept well informed and involved in the building process. After moving in, as with any home, there were things that needed attention and those were addressed. We have been in the home now for a year and are very pleased with our location, the floor plan and decision to go with DeFatta builders.
