I have been to Christopher Optical twice recently for glasses repairs. I do not have a job or vision insurance right now, so I was concerned about the cost. Both times Kayla Butler has been so incredibly skilled, kind and generous. The second time I went there, I had tripped and fallen on cement while wearing glasses that day... I thought the glasses were TOAST. They were all bent, mangled and deeply scratched. But Kayla took them in the back room, worked her magic on them for about 15 minutes, and returned them to me in nearly perfect shape! The people at Christopher Optical are truly wonderful. Everyone there is so kind and professional. I first brought in a pair of broken drill mount glasses, and they repaired them on the spot. When I asked what I owed, they insisted it was free. A week later, they spent nearly half an hour meticulously repairing and polishing a second pair, and again refused to take payment. Right then I decided that they would be my opticians from that day forward. Ever since, they’ve consistently shown the same level of kindness, professionalism, and courtesy. I’m proud to give them five stars and all my future business.

I recently went into Christopher Optical in Franklin TN to see if they would re-adjust my Silhouette glasses. It had been many years since I bought them there. But Kayla Butler helped with adjusting my glasses as if I had just bought them. Thank you for continuing to service all of your customers with great enthusiasm !!
