I feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Allende and his team a little over 10 years ago as mid-life hit, leaving me overweight and exhausted all the time. Incredible attention to detail, dials in on my goals and then works backwards from there. I'm so grateful for the changes. Dr. Gabe is legit ! Still ballin' out in my 50s and more energy than ever. Cooking the young bucks too !
New lease on life! I am a business owner and father of 3 small kids. I am always running and didn’t even pay attention to my insufficiencies until my body was throwing some major red flags. Scary level of brain fog, like couldn’t remember basic words. Hard to get out of bed, I felt like I had low level depression.
