The staff from the front desk, to the techs, to the nurses, to the doctors were wonderful. We came in with a new puppy that had fallen from a high place. They explained everything in detail when it came to the procedures and diagnosis. They were so kind and patient with us and our puppy. Love this place and people
What an amazing staff all around. Treated and cared for our dog for four days when he was sick. From the initial visit till he came home, the doctors and staff kept us informed about his condition and kept us updated multiple times a day. We would highly recommend them for your emergency or specialist care.
We were referred to Blue Pearl at a very vulnerable time for our sweet Toby cat. He became very ill and was showing signs of neurological issues. We were swiftly attended to, assessed and came up with a plan to get an MRI and get on top of what was needed for Toby’s sake. We are still waiting on testing to come back, but seeing Dr. Koos, and her being so kind to show images, thoughts, and to lay out a plan gave us all a lot of comfort and confidence during a difficult period. Would highly recommend, Dr. Koos. She is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent and has excellent bedside manner.
