Sweet staff and clean cute facility! I was on road trip with my family from Kansas City to Florida on Saturday, woke up and realized I had sent my daily contacts and glasses with another family member that flew on a plane. I have as in a bind. I called Ascent and spoke with Mary. She was understanding and helpful. She said they had my power of contacts in trials that I could pick up. I was able to get my script from my doctor in Kansas City @kearneyeyecare @eleshaeisenlohr and email it to Mary. Contacts were waiting for me when I showed up, ten minutes after my phone call to Mary! Wow 🤩 above and beyond service ! Back on the road to Florida and able to see 👁 !

I live in Louisville and was in Nashville for a funeral. Getting ready at the hotel I realized I only had a contact for one eye. Ran over to Ascent and asked if I could buy one for my other eye (I wear dailies), was greeted with friendliness and a wonderful and resounding yes of course we can help you. Thank you to this wonderful company for helping me be able to see to say our last goodbyes!

I needed to schedule an appointment for my teen daughter. I wanted her to be able to go somewhere she felt comfortable and wasn’t just the 12pm appointment. We arrived to a very clean office and friendly greeting. They certainly did not over book we where the only ones there until about the last 10 mins of the visit ( which was her picking out frames). Dr. Boone was extremely thorough in explaining information to my daughter and I. The staff was great with teaching her how to input her contacts! I can’t say enough great things about Ascent Eye Care & Eyewear Gallery, even so much I made an appointment for myself and had the exact same experience. I would recommend Dr.Boone and his staff to anyone without hesitation!!
