I have used Personal Touch in two different homes and received top rate service every time! David and his wife are wonderful people and they really know their stuff! From simple carpet cleanings (including cleaning up pet hair) to drying carpets after a water heater burst, I have been satisfied every time! I highly recommend them for any type of carpet cleaning!

We had our duct work cleaned. Mr. Sanders made an appointment with my husband and me to give us an estimate. They return your calls and show up at the appointment time. He and his wife did an excellent job. We would highly recommend Personal Touch.

Five stars are not enough. I cannot recommend Personal Touch highly enough. We had a water leak into a wall that went unnoticed for too long, until it put our hardwood floors at risk and set up a mold situation. The Personal Touch team worked on Saturday, they worked on Sunday, they worked into the next week to dry out the situation, remediate the mold, and save our floors. Their calm approach to our crisis and their professionalism in solving it were unmatched. As I said, five stars are not enough.
