Fair and honest. Communication and scheduling was excellent. Rather than selling me on unnecessary services, the septic tank was accessed, inspected, and determined nothing more was needed. Instead of being told additional work was needed, which I wouldn't have known any better to refuse, the tank was buttoned up with the recommendation I call them back in 5-7 years for another inspection.

Great crew handled my dangerously full septic tank in Winchester. They were very easy to schedule in advance, plus have same-day availability for those “emergencies”. They knew right where to dig and got the tank opened and suctioned out without issue. Paid $350 including the excavation.

Keith's Tank Service responded to pump my septic tank out. The crew that showed up was courteous, professional, and friendly. Luckily I had a septic riser installed over my tank when my house was built 5 years ago. The job was completed very quickly and the cost of the work was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!
