“My name is Jess and I have significant muscle tightness and pain due to a connective tissue disorder. Massages are always either ok or painful and it’s hard to strike a balance. I’ve been seeing Emma for a few months and she’s been phenomenal. She is able to use enough pressure to relieve some of the major “knots” but never leaves me hurting. Her space is soothing and allows for complete relaxation. I recommend her to everyone!!“

One of my treatments didn’t go as expected and caused very visible irritation on my face that lasted about a week. However, Kara, the manager, went truly above and beyond to make things right. She followed up multiple times without me ever needing to reach out, and her level of care and professionalism was exceptional. It’s the kind of customer service you rarely see anymore, and I was so impressed.
I also had a facial with Madison that was absolutely amazing. So relaxing, and my skin looked and felt refreshed, hydrated, and glowing afterward.

“Clean and beautiful inside. I love that they have a private women's locker room and waiting room. I really enjoyed the steam shower (couldn't figure out how to turn it on) but the girl at the front desk helped me. I was bummed because I booked a smashed here so I could use the sauna and of course it was out of order. But at least they had a steam shower. I got a hot stone massage and feel like they weren't utilized enough. I wasn't a big fan of the person who gave me the massage but I'll be back to try someone else.“
