A very nice place to get a haircut. I was not sure about the appointment process, so I got there early Saturday and was first in line. I had moved from Houston last year and have had a tough time finding someone as good as my "old-fashioned" barber in Houston. I am glad I found Off the ToPP. Scott listened to what I wanted and gave me a trim just as my barber in Houston would do. He used the thinning shears even without me telling him to do, as I had to do in another barbershop in Knoxville.The place got lively soon after the shop opened, and by the time my haircut was done, I saw about 4 others in line. what a great place to get a haircut, and a great set of life lessons. i’ve never been to such a diverse barbershop.clean, honest, fun banter, while you wait.everybody getting along with everybody else no matter what race or age.Ron, the owner came over and introduced himself to me personally, even though he didn’t cut my hair.Scott did an amazing job. prices are very fair.this is a great barbershop, and I highly recommend it.
