We purchased a home from Vaden Northcutt and his team early 2025. We wanted a modern farmhouse and that’s exactly what we got when we found Northcutt Custom Homes. I can attest this home has been the best home we have ever purchased. We have owned several homes in the past and built with a few other spec builders. Northcutt homes are of higher quality and are truly custom.

The interior finishes and design are phenomenal. From the color schemes to hardware, everything flows and is what one would expect from a designer custom builder.

I recently moved into a spec home built by Northcutt Custom Homes, and I've been really impressed. The quality is outstanding—designer kitchens and bathrooms, real hardwood floors (rare these days), and even a conditioned crawl space. Every detail shows thoughtful design and craftsmanship.

Even though it was a spec home, they still made a couple of changes for me, which I really appreciated. Cole Northcutt and his team clearly take pride in their work and go the extra mile. Vaden, Sara, Cole & Bo are great! I’ve built several homes but my experience with the Northcutt’s was extremely easy. They were always upfront and knew exactly how to work with you - they always could put your mind at easy. They build a top quality product and great to interact with as well. I highly recommend using Vaden, Sara, Cole & Bo… I would use them again!!
