We had our HVAC quit operating on Sunday night. For the first time i called Comfort Engineering that evening. They had someone at our door at 8:am Monday morning. They did an excellent troubleshooting job on a difficult problem to diagnose and our HVAC was working by 9 am that day. We will use Comfort Engineering for our homes HVAC service in the future.

Every time we have any issue with our home, EC sends someone out almost immediately. They are incredible. But the most amazing thing is this: just the other day, my car started smoking right as I pulled into my driveway. George White from EC happened to be driving by and saw me and my kids jumping out of the car. He immediately turned around and came to help and make sure we were okay. He had me pop my hood so he could take a look and reassured me that it was just coolant that was causing steam and it wasn’t a fire causing what looked like smoke. Last year my 84 year old mother needed a new AC/Heat unit. She is on a limited, fixed income. This company was so easy to work with and gave her a reasonable price. She refers to the service man by his first name and feels like they are family. I live 3 hours from my mama so it was really comforting to know how well she was taken care of. I definitely recommend Engineered Comfort!
