“The technician, Dawson, is the person that has worked with me on fixing the GE Profile refrigerator. On the first visit, his diagnosed the water problem, and listed the parts needed for repair. On his second visit, one of the plastic parts broke--it had been repaired (glued together) several years ago--and he contacted his company to get a new part. Dawson also suggested that holes be drilled in the top of the "Fridge cabinet" to keep the compressor cooler. The final repair was Monday, April 8. I now have water from the door and ice!!!!Dawson is very professional, courteous and informative. I will not hesitate to call Dr. appliance for repairs in the future.“
