Comfort Air is the best in HVAC in our area. Every time I have an issue, they immediately respond back and send out a technician right away. They are knowledgeable and fix the problem the first time. They are super nice and informative by explaining the problem in a way you can understand. I highly recommend them!
I called in with a no heat issue. The office staff was amazing.they took my call and got me a appointment ASAP. Had a tech at my house within 2 hours. And the tech was awesome. Got my issue resolved in no time. He was very professional and courteous. Couldn't ask for better service.
Had some issues with our unit, they sent out a service tech, he fixed what he could and had to order a part. It was under warranty, they came a few days later and put part in. It would be 5 star, but they left a mess of insulation everywhere. I was very happy with everything else they did. Great service tech as well, young guy but very respectful and communicative about what he was doing or needed to do.
