They came recommended by a number of people, and are definitely who we will call next time for any service. From Nicole in the office who I called who patiently listened to our problem and got us on the dispatch list, to Collin who called first thing this morning and said he would be here in 20 minutes and was. It only took him about 10 minutes to identify the problem and another 10 to fix it. He was very polite and professional and obviously well trained. He didn't try to take advantage by saying we needed expensive parts or dragging his heels to milk more labor costs. We need more honest and upstanding companies like this, I wish we would have known about them 4 years ago when we put our new heat pump (inside, outside and thermostat units) in. I truly can't give them a high enough rating, an exceptional example of small town Southern pride at this company.
