I started going to Yogo Farm a couple of months ago. I wanted to take my exercise to the next level. Carrie's style is straight forward no nonsense. She really takes into account where you are at when teaching. I highly recommend her classes. When I was on a recent vacation I was even able to take her classes that are on line.
