I've came here a few times, once for full set manicure and pedicure for an event I was attending. Both workers were polite and friendly. Area was mostly clean. The first time, my nails were ok. I did notice one hand was a little longer than the other and two nails lifted, but not that noticeable. After two weeks I accidentally broke one of the nails off. I spent close to $100. I went in for my second visit for a fill in and change color on toes. Much better job and I was very happy. They were not super busy, and just as polite as before. I’ve tried other places in Elizabethton through JC and there’s no place like this one, there very sweet people, you can joke around with them, affordable and does an AMAZING job every single time I’ve went! Will always go to them 1st before another place!

An and Tracy are very capable and professional.Always willing to consider when I want something different done to my fingernails or toenails.I have always felt safe with their sanitizing protocols.They don't accept walk-ins, so call ahead to book an appointment.
