Great place if there are no people there. People sitting on machines using phones and not using and moving.

I joined when this PF first opened its always been clean, equipment, bathrooms, locker area. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The issue with members using equipment stopping to text and sometimes call on they're phones its getting to be a bigger problem delaying many orhers workouts. I use the 30 min area everytime I visit tonight I witnessed 3 members on they're phones holding up the machines. I walked up to a young man asking to get a turn after already working out on 2 others he was still sitting on it I observed him doing 2 sets then picking up his phone. Of course his reply was obnoxious telling me to use another machine. A Gym is not a playground its a fitness center I use my time wisely and know another may be waiting to use one that I'm on. Manners matter.

It is planet fitness it is a good gym and the price for membership is great. Going in a couple time a week. The equipment is nice works well.

This place should be the poster child for an awesome place to workout. From the gym manager to the ladies who work for him they are sooo great. Clean, friendly and welcoming.

Love Planet Fitness in Elizabethton...very friendly attendants....they keep it very clean and the equipment is well maintained

I just made my membership with planet fitness a couple days ago went today October 6th at about 5:20 to the Elizabethton location to work out with me and my Fiance and we hade are toddler with us and were told not even five minutes being in the door that we could not be there bc of are toddler but per your policy posted online it says “minors/children are not allowed to be left unattended while parent or guardian is working out “. we hade no intention of leaving him unattended we were going to simply take turns working out and attending to him but didn’t want to be alone . The women up front were not nice at all they were to busy talking to some other women about and let me and my Fiance sign in and tell us how to with a attitude like it was burden for the to assist a first time customer and then inform us right before we get done setting up the guest login that we can’t be there . Very terrible first impression of planet fitness
