Courteous and knowledgeable.. they showed up EXACTLY when they said they would.. the technicians are well dressed, courteous and professional.. they cleaned up all packaging materials upon completion.. I would highly recommend them!

Justin serviced my heat pump and was very respectful of my home. He was very thorough and later when I had an issue, he called very quickly to walk me through the resolution. I would recommend Lane Thompson Heating .

We've had such great experiences with Lane Thompson over the nine years that we've lived in Johnson City. They have always been so helpful, accommodating, and responsive...and they've really saved us a few times. Additionally, they are always very professional and knowledgeable...it's clear they know what they are doing and are total pros. And, the costs for services have always been incredibly reasonable.
