We've had such great experiences with Lane Thompson over the nine years that we've lived in Johnson City. They have always been so helpful, accommodating, and responsive...and they've really saved us a few times. Additionally, they are always very professional and knowledgeable...it's clear they know what they are doing and are total pros. And, the costs for services have always been incredibly reasonable. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone for any HVAC need.Services: A/C system repair

We just moved into our house and our AC quit working. We called a different company and they said they would call us back. Several hours later and we still hadn't heard from them, so we called Lane Thompson. Tina called us right away and she was at our house within an hour to look at our AC unit. A part had to be ordered, but within a couple of days, Tina was back out to fix our AC. She was here for an hour and our issue was resolved. She was so kinda and polite as well. I would highly recommend them!

Outstanding service! These guys went above and beyond for us! Our system went out unexpectedly and we called and the worker was here within the hour! They are so professional. I'm blown away at the response time and service we received! They have earned a customer for life. We ended up only needing a small repair! There is no reason to go anywhere else!
