We had a great experience with Jim Reece. We called him on Friday with a minor problem, making an appointment for Monday. By Sunday it was a major problem. I messaged him (while he was in church... oops) asked him what to do to keep it from getting worse by Monday. He said, let me change my clothes and I am on my way. It was pouring rain and we have a terrible driveway. He had to park way below. He was up and down many flights of stairs in the rain going to his van many times and was here for 4 hours and didn't overcharge us.

Had a wonderful experience with Jim. He came out right away and cleared a clog for me. He also repaired my toilet and reconnected one of my pipes for a fraction of what any other plumber in the TC would have charged. He really knows his stuff and has a lot of great equipment to help throughout the process! He’s a life saver!
