The previous owner of our home had a bay window built and installed, and they must have used the cheapest materials possible and it wasn't built well either. It was already starting to sag and deteriorate. James and his assistant expertly built a new one and it is SO well built, I'm positive that if this place ever gets so old it falls down, the window will still be intact!! Dennis, the owner came by frequently to check on the progress, he called even before it was finished to make sure we were happy with it, and called again when it was done.
