I chose Climate Controllers to replace an old HVAC system and existing ductwork after receiving two excellent reviews from my Plumber and Insurance folks. There is a crawl space, tight fit. I invested in the Daikin Fit 3 ton system. Steve (owner), Michelle( office contact) and Chris and team (installers) provided timely, experienced and efficient install. Communication A+. New system questions after install were promptly answered by Steve or Michelle. Team was courteous, wore covers over boots in home and i was impressed with the detail of cleanup. Love a local company that I can depend on. Steve helped with TVA rebate too.!!

After Hurricane Helen and the Nolichucky flood, we had to move our home to higher ground which meant a new HVAC system. We interviewed several companies and decided on Climate Controllers. Owner Steve Tipton was very helpful and understanding of our needs and budget. While the crew was installing, we had a kitchen fire due to our own negligence. They quickly helped to prevent another disaster. The office staff, especially Michelle, install crew, and follow up service has been amazing. Recently, with temps below 10 degrees, the technician Luke was very respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable as he quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. This is the best company that I have done business with! They are so nice to work with from the lady that answers the phone to all of the maintenance & service technicians that come to my house. Very reasonable priced & go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them for any HVAC services that you need!
