Unit was running, but not cooling. Curtis showed up
Diagnosed the problem, fixed the unit. Very reasonable cost, appreciate better heating and air.

The repairman (technician) was very polite and professional. He was on time and very knowledgeable.
They made 2 trips here. 1st trip to evaluate and 2nd trip to repair/fix problem. Overall they were on time, friendly, neat and clean meaning that they clean up all their mess/stuff. Their price seemed reasonable although I wouldn’t know if it was a great price or not so great cause we have never had this done before. Either way it needed to be fixed and the did an exceptional job. I wouldn’t
