Arrow did our kitchen remodel and we are thrilled with how it turned out! Everyone that helped with our project was professional and kind, particularly our site supervisor, Ray. He was so friendly and went above and beyond answering all our questions along the way and kept us informed on the entire process, all while making the remodel relatively stress free. Mike and his team clearly make honesty and transparency a priority and we appreciate that tremendously!

We enjoyed working with Arrow. The guys were trustworthy and honest throughout the entire process. I appreciate that they always showed up for work, had integrity in their work and wanted to do a good job. The communication could be improved upon but that is to be expected when dealing with a bunch of men.
They remodeled our kitchen which involved removing a wall and gutting the entire existing kitchen. They also removed all of our old flooring and laid new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout our entire home. The result is beautiful! We are so pleased that Josh and his team were able to bring our vision to life.
We engaged Arrow Home Improvements for renovations to our master bathroom. We wanted to replace the old tub with an accessible, tile/glass shower, but it was also important to us to respect original architectural features and retain original tile flooring in our 85 year old house. Greg was extremely helpful with design suggestions. Our renovated bathroom is just as we imagined; we are delighted with the final product. Our only complaint is that communication and oversight by Arrow’s assigned project manager was non-existent throughout the project.
