I’m a firm believer of giving credit where credit is due. John deserves that credit 100%. I’ve never written a Google review but John’s level of service inspired me to write my first.Background: I work in a high pace sales environment and I dropped my laptop resulting in a hinge break. This critically impacted my ability to effectively do my job. I called nearly every computer repair place in Memphis and the lead time was going to be 2-3 weeks minimum. If I waited a few more days I would have blown the screen so that wasn’t an option. Finally I came across John and Awesomepc123. I was having issues with my pc shutting down if I left it idle for more than 30 minutes and used Google to search for a computer company near me. Several popped up, some I'd heard about, but AwesomePC123 was the one closest to my location. So, I gave them a call and within 15 to 20 minutes had a verbal diagnosis of what they thought my issue was and it would require my taking the unit to them. I had it back within 1 & 1/2 days and it's running fantastically. AwesomePC123's rates are very reasonable and John is awesome to work with!

Do yourself a favor and reach out to this company for any and all of your PC needs. I have personally invested in them, and sent them dozens of referrals. All of who rave about their phenomenal customer service and professionalism. Don't waste your time with the corporate folks. Shop local and treat yourself to a one of kind experience.
