I hosted my daughter’s birthday party at Buff City Soap on 11/22, and it was absolutely fantastic! As a mom of three, I’ve been to a lot of kids’ parties, and this one was easily one of the most memorable. The staff went above and beyond—so kind, patient, and genuinely excited to work with a big group of energetic kiddos. You can really tell they care about their customers and want every experience to feel special.

The kids had a blast making their bath bombs, and honestly, even the adults were impressed—the whole store smelled heavenly! The staff kept everything organized, added so much fun to the activities, and made my daughter feel celebrated the entire time.

“I only get to come to Ulta every once a while, and I have a good experience every time. This time I needed plenty of help color matching and finding things, and every employee was so kind and helpful!! I wish I could've gotten their names to mention how good they were to a manager. The service here is always great, and the store itself is always clean and stocked. Sometimes, testers will be missing, but you can ask and see if they will make a new one for you to try. I always find myself slurging because I am having such a good time. 10/10“
