The girl that does eyebrows is awesome! She was very patient and professional, taking the time to explain what she was doing and what was and was not working on my fine, thin, white eyebrows! Highly recommend her! She was at the Benefit counter.
I love Ulta beauty stores & I normally shop the one in dyersburg however today I was there shopping I was greeted by one cashier upon walking in when 3 where at the register. I walked to the products a different lady(I wish I gotten her name) was extremely nice & assisted me shopping. I go to check out & again was only greeted by only the same lady who happened to been occupied doing something else while the other two where engaged in other non job related discussions(going out to dinner). I only get to come to Ulta every once a while, and I have a good experience every time. This time I needed plenty of help color matching and finding things, and every employee was so kind and helpful!! I wish I could've gotten their names to mention how good they were to a manager. The service here is always great, and the store itself is always clean and stocked. Sometimes, testers will be missing, but you can ask and see if they will make a new one for you to try. I always find myself slurging because I am having such a good time. 10/10
