Service was friendly and speed of being seen was quicker than expected. The PT who assisted for my service was super nice and I appreciate her laughing with/at me. 😊

Had an appointment at 11:15am for my 6 year old son. They had us sitting there waiting until noon, then just left and took their lunch break without saying a word, while he was burning up with a fever. Just a little communication would have been greatly appreciated so i could just bring him back after their lunch break instead of spending another hour there. Service has been declining at the Reelfoot Clinic for a while now.

I have never been to a Doctor that didn't write muscle relaxers for an injury. I've been taking them for 15 years. It is not an Option.

If you are not at least 30 or you have a parent there they treat you and talk to you like you’re a child. After 24 hours of vomiting and my pee is orange, they would still not give me an IV. Because hydration is gonna get me high 😒 I will never be back that was a waste of time and money.

They don't accommodate walk-ins anymore. You have to have an appointment now. The waiting room is completely empty with 3 cars in the parking lot and they can't see anyone else today due to being booked up for the day.

I brought my grandson for a physical on August 3rd. The doctor filled out the wrong form. I brought the correct form back the following Monday and was asked to leave my number and wait on a call that never came. The receptionist was extremely RUDE!! I felt rushed and I could have waited to avoid them loosing his paperwork. Very unprofessional and rude. When you call all you get is different excuses or put on hold which ends up being a hang up. All I can say is terrible service!! I SEE THE OTHER COMMENTS ABOUT THAT RECEPTIONIST!! SHE IS VERY RUDE!! SNAPPY AND MAKES YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE!! With all the complaints why is she still there?? QUAN IS RUDE!!
