Melinda was absolutely the best. She listened, explained things on my level, encouraged, and recommended things that would benefit me. She did not try to recommended anything "extra" just to add something on. She started to recommend one thing, but she eneded up recommending something else because she completely listened to me. I felt comfortable amd heard. I definitely recommend.
