Donna is an awful instructor. The instructors are insanely controlling and aren't there for the students.
John was useful. The modern instructors you work with here are miserable.

My wife had a three-day course with Myofascia Release Seminar and had to leave the location one hour before the end of the seminar due to a family emergency. They were not understanding and didn't give her an option to complete. MFR wants her to take the seminar again and pay the $695 again. She was planning to take more MFR courses, however, she doesn't recommend this company anymore. Stay away from them.

I first met Gay as a patient. (She overtly shares this story as well.) Her experience with pain led her to seek Myofascial Release treatment from John Barnes, PT, along with his entire physical therapy staff in Sedona, Arizona. When she returned to the South she and I connected during her follow up treatments. Years later as Gay progressed and returned to work, we reconnected at John Barnes' MFR Study Groups in Memphis & trading treatment. For nearly seven years, Gay committed every month and drove- 3-4 hours, round trip- to attend the study groups, and to treat me personally.
