I first met Gay as a patient. (She overtly shares this story as well.) Her experience with pain led her to seek Myofascial Release treatment from John Barnes, PT, along with his entire physical therapy staff in Sedona, Arizona. When she returned to the South she and I connected during her follow up treatments. Years later as Gay progressed and returned to work, we reconnected at John Barnes' MFR Study Groups in Memphis & trading treatment.
