We tried for almost 3 weeks to get him out here to look at a back porch to redo and he had excuses on why he couldn’t come every time. He has poor customer service. I’m not one to bash small businesses, but you can’t have horrible customer service.

My senior citizen resident hired this company to move her belongings in, let me just tell you absolutely the most unprofessional and rude people! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!. David Lee was EXTREMELY disrespectful of this ladies ( a senior citizen) belongings, they literally loaded all her belongings in the front lobby of a business and left it un-attended, then threw her stuff in an elevator completely unattended. Management approached David Lee in regards to having concerns of her belongings being a tripping hazard to the other 128 senior citizens walking through the lobby or trying to access the elevator. He had zero concerns for the welfare of the elderly or his clients belongings. The owner of this company was present after speaking with him he stated that it doesn't matter who I call I cannot get them in trouble because they own the company! listen y'all I deal with rude people almost daily and this takes the CAKE! I will be calling the Better Business Bureau if they are even registered in the state of Louisiana as a operating business
