I have used this company for many, many years, but I do not plan to ever do so again. I called them several times for an HVAC unit for the same problem. They were prompt and courteous. Each time, I was told it was repaired, but the same problem occurred over and over. Then I received the bill for over $500. I called to inquire about my bill and had decided to buy a unit from them. When I asked about the bill and asked if that could be applied to my new unit, I was told curtly by Candace that each visit noted that the unit was repaired. Yes, I would have to pay. I purchased a new unit from another provider. This was very disappointing to me.

They came out fast to repair a gas line we cut mowing the grass. They informed me when they were on their way, called when they got there and called when they finished. They were friendly and did an excellent job. Tucker was so nice to deal with. Will use them again if we ever need them.

Thank you!! Water leak under my house. After inspection, they zeroed in on the leak and repaired in no time. Two and a half hours later I have more water pressure than I’ve had in a while. Thank you again!

Billy Rogers Plumbing employees, Hunter and Jacob, were fabulous. We had issues with roots in our lines such that all pipes under the house and to the street had to be replaced. They worked long hours to make sure we had at least one bathroom/shower working for night one of this process even though the entire job took two days. They spent the majority of two days under our home working to get us back up and going. Even after digging down 5 to 6 feet through a significant portion of our yard, when they left our home, our yard looked just like it did before. Hunter and Jacob were so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate the work done and the long hours spent to get us fixed.

What a relief too see my drain working again!They came out on the day I was told. When I need something done again they will be my first choice. Good plumbers are hard too find.
