I was charged the full amount for the procedure. The representative did not put in a pre-authorization request . I really want to know why? I feel that I was stereotype as not being able to pay.

Aspen Dental was absolutely wonderful from the start. Jennie the front desk clerk was so nice friendly and knowledgeable. She answered my questions and walked me through what my appt would consist of. On my apps day the techs were so nice and explained each step and what was going on during my visit. The the Dentist came in and checked my mouth out and went over my options and let me choose how I wanted to proceed and the financing was easy as well. So far I give Aspen 5 stars!

Very professional, they fully explain all procedures and will answer any question you have and if you have any problems they will get you in as soon as possible to resolve the issue I highly recommend Aspen dental
