The staff at this location is wonderful. I really like the new practitioner that is there now ( I really hope this one stays!)The office, on the other hand, is deplorable. It almost puts you in the mind of a third world clinic facility. A little maintenance would go a long way. The public expects clean and well maintained spaces for a medical office and this is not that!
They were super busy, so quite a wait. They need a much simpler process when all you’re there for is a covid test. Shouldn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork or do vitals or record symptoms. Just get the swab like they do at pharmacies.
Even if I had to wait a bit long, I appreciated the care of all the staff from the front desk, nurse, and our PA-C John Carden who was excellent in taking time, answering my questions, giving recommendations and tests. Dr Carden is really taking care of people for a reasonable cost.
