“Went to turn furnace on this past Sunday and unit wouldn’t stay on; I placed a service request online figuring it would be Monday before I got a response. Within an hour I received a callback from them asking about the issue and if I needed service immediately or to wait until Monday. We set the service for Monday. Two very professional and knowledgeable guys came out, assessed the problem, replaced the part, and were just so nice.
